1. Operator and contact

Didaxi is operated by Matimenti Marcin Kobuszewski, a sole proprietorship of Marcin Kobuszewski, using the Didaxi trading name, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), address 07-411 Ławy, Ławy 91A, NIP 7582274330, REGON 526832383 (the “Operator”).

2. What these Terms govern

These Terms govern electronic services provided through Didaxi to visitors, readers, creators, and workspace members. They apply to account registration, creator workspaces, uploaded and generated content, documents, bundles, courses, publications, sharing, public pages, access controls, optional AI/OCR features, and related support.

Purchases, Premium subscriptions, paid publications, withdrawal, refunds, and payment-specific rules are also governed by the applicable Didaxi Purchase Terms and the information shown immediately before an order. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing and is not a waiver of statutory rights.

3. Definitions

• Account — a registered Didaxi user account.
• Creator — a user who activates a creator workspace or publishes Creator Content.
• Creator Content — all files, text, images, metadata, educational materials, drafts, prompts, publications, profile information, and other content supplied or generated under a user's direction.
• Reader — a person who browses or accesses content, whether anonymously or through an Account.
• Service — the Didaxi website, application, APIs, content tools, hosting, sharing, publication, access, AI/OCR, billing-support, and related features made available by the Operator.
• Workspace — the Creator's area for managing content and publications.
• Paid Publication — Creator Content for which access is offered for a price.
• Consumer — a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession, including any person receiving equivalent mandatory protection under Polish law.

4. Technical requirements and risks

To use the Service you need:

• a current browser supporting HTTPS, cookies, JavaScript, and standard web features;
• internet access and a valid email address for an Account;
• permission to store the strictly necessary authentication cookie;
• software capable of opening any exported or downloaded file format;
• for uploads, a supported type and size shown in the interface.

The Service may interact with Stripe-hosted checkout/onboarding and linked external media. Internet use carries ordinary risks such as malicious software, phishing, credential theft, network interception, and incompatible software. Keep your browser and device updated, verify the domain, and protect Account credentials.

5. Eligibility and Accounts

Reading published material requires no Account and has no minimum age. The minimum age to create an Account is 16. The minimum age to buy anything, or to activate a creator workspace and sell, is 18, because selling involves invoicing, tax and a payment account. You confirm at registration that you meet the minimum, and again before activating a creator workspace; the Operator records those confirmations. If acting for an organization, you represent that you may bind or administer it.

You must provide accurate current information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly notify support@didaxi.net of suspected unauthorized use. Accounts are personal unless an organization/workspace feature expressly permits multiple members. You are responsible for actions taken through your Account unless caused by the Operator's breach or circumstances for which law places responsibility elsewhere.

Registration requires confirming an email address and accepting the then-current version of these Terms. The Operator records the version and evidence of acceptance. Creating multiple accounts to evade limits, sanctions, or payment obligations is prohibited.

6. Service scope

Subject to the Account type, plan, quotas, and feature availability, Didaxi may allow you to:

• store and organize assets, reusable items, taxonomy, documents, bundles, and courses;
• create private, token-shared, registered-user, public, or paid content;
• activate a public creator page and publish in English or Polish;
• follow creators, bookmark content, and manage access grants;
• buy access to eligible Paid Publications;
• subscribe to Creator Premium and use eligible AI/OCR quotas;
• export workspace data where the export function is made available.

Feature descriptions, limits, compatibility, price, and availability shown in the interface form part of the offer. The workspace export is available in Settings and produces a single archive containing a structured manifest, your documents, items, bundles, courses and taxonomy, and the uploaded files themselves.

7. Creator Content and ownership

As between you and the Operator, you retain ownership of your Creator Content and responsibility for it. You grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, for the duration reasonably needed to provide the Service and complete legal wind-down/backup periods, to host, store, copy, convert, render, transmit, display, cache, back up, moderate, and otherwise technically process Creator Content:

1. according to your visibility, sharing, publication, sale, export, and deletion instructions;
2. to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service without using identifiable private content for unrelated advertising;
3. to comply with law and enforce these Terms.

This license does not transfer ownership and does not let the Operator sell your Creator Content as its own. Public or shared recipients may retain copies obtained lawfully before deletion. Search engines and third-party caches may take time to update.

You confirm that you have all rights, licenses, consents, notices, and lawful bases needed for Creator Content and its selected audience. You must not upload content that infringes copyright, privacy, image rights, confidentiality, consumer law, or another person's rights.

8. Prohibited use and content

You may not use the Service to:

• provide illegal content or facilitate illegal activity;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, database, trade-secret, or contractual rights;
• publish personal data without a lawful basis and required information, or expose special-category, child, financial, authentication, or confidential records without authority and safeguards;
• distribute malware, harmful code, spam, phishing, deceptive impersonation, or fraudulent offers;
• exploit, sexually abuse, endanger, groom, or unlawfully profile minors;
• promote violence, terrorism, unlawful discrimination, or other content unlawful in the relevant context;
• bypass access, payment, quota, rate-limit, moderation, or security controls;
• probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, automate, resell, or access the Service except as expressly permitted or allowed by mandatory law;
• use AI/OCR output without reasonable human review where error could harm a person;
• submit content to AI/OCR when you lack authority to transmit it to the disclosed provider;
• misrepresent trader status, seller identity, price, tax treatment, qualifications, authorship, or material educational facts.

Creators remain responsible for educational accuracy and appropriate use. Didaxi is an authoring and distribution tool, not a school, accreditation body, publisher of record, professional adviser, or guarantee of learning outcomes.

9. Public, shared, and paid access

The Creator selects access settings. “Public” can be accessed without an Account and may be indexed. “Registered” requires an Account. “Entitled” requires a grant, purchase, or qualifying access. Token-shared links may be used by anyone who obtains the token; recipients must protect it.

Changing a publication to private does not automatically eliminate rights or copies already granted through a completed purchase, lawful download, legal duty, backup, or third party. Access to a Paid Publication you have bought remains available while your Account exists, and for at least 24 months from purchase. Unpublishing by the Creator, or the closure of their Account, does not withdraw access within that period.

10. AI and OCR

AI drafting uses OpenAI and OCR uses Mathpix as described in the Privacy Policy. Use is optional, plan/limit dependent, and may be unavailable. Inputs and outputs may be stored for usage, continuity, security, and support.

Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unsafe, or not unique. It may not satisfy copyright, citation, accessibility, curriculum, professional, or legal requirements. You must review and edit output and remain responsible for anything you save, publish, or rely on. The Operator does not promise ownership, exclusivity, or non-infringement of generated output to the extent such promises cannot lawfully be made.

11. Third-party services and links

The Service depends on or links to providers including Stripe, Cloudflare, OpenAI, Mathpix, email delivery, hosting, and external video/sites. Their separate terms may apply when you interact directly with them. The Operator remains responsible where mandatory law or its contract with you so requires, but does not control independent third-party content or services.

12. Plans, quotas, and paid features

Free and paid plans may have storage, AI, OCR, publication, sales, or other limits shown before activation. Quotas reset according to the displayed period. Attempts to circumvent limits are prohibited. The Operator may prevent new usage when a limit is reached but will not retroactively charge an undisclosed fee.

Premium pricing, billing intervals, renewal, cancellation, and consumer rights are stated in the Purchase Terms and checkout. Paid-publication terms depend on the seller information presented for that offer.

13. Content moderation and notices

Report allegedly illegal content to support@didaxi.net using a written notice containing the elements described below. A sufficiently precise notice should identify the content/location, explain why it is allegedly illegal, include the reporter's contact information (unless a lawful exception applies), and include a good-faith statement.

The Operator may investigate and take a diligent, objective, proportionate action, including limiting visibility, removing content, disabling monetization, restricting features, suspending or closing an Account, preserving evidence, or notifying authorities where required. We will provide reasons and an appeal/contact route where law requires, while respecting safety, investigation, and legal restrictions.

Appeal method: email to support@didaxi.net, answered within 14 calendar days. The Operator does not generally monitor all content and a failure to detect it is not approval.

14. Availability, maintenance, and changes

The Operator aims to provide the Service with reasonable care but does not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, incidents, provider failures, legal restrictions, security risks, and force majeure may affect access. Material paid-service failures remain subject to mandatory conformity and consumer remedies.

Features may change for security, legal compliance, technical compatibility, abuse prevention, provider changes, or product improvement. For continuous paid digital services, non-essential changes that negatively affect access or use will be handled only on a contractual and legal basis that permits them, with notice and termination rights where required.

15. Account termination and data

You may stop using the Service and request Account deletion through Settings or support@didaxi.net. Before deletion, export any data you need.

The Operator may restrict or terminate an Account for a material or repeated breach, illegal activity, security risk, non-payment, legal order, or discontinuation of the Service. Except where urgent action is needed, we will provide appropriate notice and a chance to remedy or appeal where required.

Deletion, retention exceptions, backups, public content, purchased access, and provider copies are described in the Privacy Policy. Terms that by their nature must survive—payment, licenses for lawful wind-down, dispute evidence, liability, and rights already accrued—remain effective.

16. Complaints

Service complaints may be submitted to support@didaxi.net or 07-411 Ławy, Ławy 91A. Include contact information, Account email, the affected feature/content/order, dates, requested resolution, and enough detail to investigate. Do not email passwords or full card data.

We will confirm receipt and respond within 14 calendar days, unless mandatory law requires another period. Consumer rights concerning digital-content/service conformity, price reduction, withdrawal, and refunds are not limited by these Terms.

17. Responsibility and liability

The Operator is responsible under applicable law and cannot exclude liability that law makes mandatory, including consumer rights and liability for intentional harm. Nothing limits rights for non-conforming digital services or other non-waivable remedies.

The Service is offered to Consumers and to individual creators. The Operator does not exclude or cap its liability towards them beyond what the law itself permits, and nothing here reduces a Consumer's statutory rights.

Creators are responsible for their content, seller obligations, tax status, claims, permissions, and dealings with buyers to the extent allocated to them before purchase. The Operator remains responsible for its own platform obligations and for any duties that cannot lawfully be transferred.

18. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms for a stated legal, security, technical, provider, or product reason. We will identify the new version and effective date and give reasonable advance notice of material changes. Material changes requiring agreement will not be imposed solely by continued use; we will request versioned acceptance. Consumers may terminate where required by law.

19. Law and disputes

Polish law governs these Terms, without depriving Consumers of mandatory protection applicable in their country of habitual residence. Courts are determined by applicable law; no exclusive venue clause overrides Consumer rights.

A Consumer may seek free help from the district or municipal consumer ombudsman (powiatowy lub miejski rzecznik konsumentów) where they live, or from a consumer organization. Out-of-court resolution is available through the competent Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection (Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej); the register of authorised bodies is kept by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) at uokik.gov.pl. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform ceased operating in 2025 and is not available.

These Terms are published in Polish and in English. Where the two differ, the Polish text prevails. This does not override mandatory law or a Consumer's right to clear information in a language they understand.

20. Final provisions

If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to the extent possible, and mandatory law replaces the invalid provision. Failure to enforce once is not a waiver. You may not transfer your Account or agreement without consent, except where mandatory law permits. The Operator may transfer the agreement as part of a lawful business transfer with required notice and without reducing Consumer rights.

These Terms, the applicable Purchase Terms, offer/checkout information, and referenced policies form the agreement for the relevant Service. In a conflict, individualized checkout terms prevail for that purchase, followed by Purchase Terms and these Platform Terms, always subject to mandatory law.
